Location. The Cavalier House Hotel is located in the leafy suburb of Edgbaston, one mile from the centre of Birmingham, England. Birmingham Airport is situated eight miles away and the historic town of Stratford upon Avon is at a distance of 41 miles.
Hotel Features. The Cavalier House Hotel is set in a Victorian grade II listed building, dating from 1854. The property extends to a private courtyard with a garden area. Guests can surf the web via the wireless Internet access and round off the day with a drink in the resident's bar. Distance to the Cavalier House Hotel is eight miles, approximately 20 minutes' drive.
Getting there. A free Skyrail monorail runs every couple of minutes from Terminal 1 to Birmingham's International train station and the city's National Exhibition Centre (NEC). From here take a taxi to the hotel.
Getting around. There is an extensive bus and train network in Birmingham city centre, and a tram runs between Birmingham and Wolverhampton. The centre can easily be explored on foot.
