Location. The Nakamanda Resort and Spa is tucked along a private beach on the Andaman Sea in Krabi, Thailand. Local attractions include Koh Pai Island, Tiger Cave Temple and Ao Nang Beach.
Hotel Features. Nakamanda translates as "the sacred sea dragon." Legend claims that the dragon grants protection to those who cross his shores. The resort offers on site dining at The Kitchen that highlights fusion inspired seafood dishes. The restaurant's alfresco terrace is adjacent to the outdoor pool. High tea is prepared by butlers in guest villas or in the communal living room. A function room accommodates up to 30 people, and the business center offers fax and photocopy services. The resort features The Gallery, a boutique and shopping outlet of fine art and Nakamanda souvenirs. Private spa and treatment rooms afford tropical views of the outdoor pool and the blue seas beyond. Treatments include traditional Thai massage, body scrubs, facials, in room flower baths and rejuvenation practices. A fitness center houses cardiovascular and weight training equipment. The hotel concierge arranges sightseeing tours and day cruises.
Guestrooms. The Nakamanda Resort and Spa offers 36 air conditioned Sala Villas with private canopied balconies or terraces with sea or garden views. Balconies and terraces include sitting and daybed areas. Rooms reflect Thai and Asian d�cor, with deep, rich wood finishes and streamlined design. Bathrooms feature sky lit plunge bathtubs, separate showers, separate dressing areas and individual washbasins.

Gala Dinners:
