Location. The Hotel Palace is located in the centre of Naples' historical area, 500 metres from the main train station, and two kilometres away from Via Duomo cathedral. Naples Airport (NAP) is three kilometres away and takes approximately 15 minutes to reach by car.
Hotel Features. Guests can plan their trip using the hotel's wireless Internet, or ask the multilingual concierge to organise a city sightseeing tour. The hotel has an American Bar, where guests can enjoy a drink at the end of the day, and further amenities include a nearby private car park, and dry cleaning and laundry services.
Guestrooms. The 41 air conditioned guestrooms are spread over three floors and have neutral toned modern decor. Amenities include cable television with pay movies, wireless Internet, direct dial phones, trouser presses, and minibars. Bathrooms come with telephones, hair dryers, and bathrobes.
Expert Tip. Pompeii, located 29 kilometres from the hotel, was partially destroyed during the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. It was buried under ash for hundreds of years, but excavation of the site has produced a remarkably detailed insight into everyday life during the Roman Empire. The city has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
