The all inclusive Golden Odyssey hotel is set in landscaped gardens one kilometre from the beach and 250 metres from the centre of Kolymbia. The 147 bright, modern guestrooms have cool, tiled floors and glass double doors leading out on to balconies. Room amenities include direct dial phones and makeup mirrors. Air conditioning is available from mid June to mid September, while cable television and refrigerators are available for 3 EUR per day. In room safes are available from 20 EUR per week. The all inclusive room rate includes most meals and drinks.
Guests can relax with drinks and cocktails on the terraces overlooking the swimming pool, before dining on Greek specialities at the restaurant. A traditional Greek evening is held once a week and features a Greek buffet, music and ballet. Children are well catered for with a kids' pool and playground. Active guests can enjoy a game on the tennis courts or hire bicycles and scooters to explore the surroundings. Staff at the 24 hour front desk can exchange currency and advise on local sightseeing opportunities. Rhodes Island has an extensive network of good road and regularly scheduled buses. Guests can browse the shops in the centre of Kolymbia 250 metres away, while away the hours bronzing on the beach one kilometre away, or visit the picturesque resort of Lindos 22 kilometres away. The hotel is located 22 kilometres from Diagoras International Airport.
