Location. The AGON Aldea is a modern hotel complex positioned less than three kilometers from the Brandenburg Gate, the Zoo and the Kurfustendamm. Alexanderplatz stands less than six kilometers away.
Hotel Features. International dishes are served in an informal setting at the Restaurant La Calle. A stylish bar offers a selection of cocktails and beers, and room service is available during limited hours. A multi purpose function room accommodates events, and wireless Internet access is available in public areas of the hotel. The front desk is attended 24 hours a day, and reception staff provide babysitting referrals, and concierge and currency exchange services. The on site gift shop stocks sundries and souvenirs. This hotel offers transportation to and from Berlin Tegel Airport.
Guestrooms. The AGON Aldea hotel offers 212 guestrooms equipped with cable television, direct dial telephones, minibars and safe deposit boxes. Bright, primary hues and vibrant art prints add splashes of color to the room d�cor. Private bathrooms contain makeup mirrors and showers, only.
Expert Tip. In 1990, Pink Floyd staged a concert in Potsdamer Platz, located one kilometer from the hotel, that featured many guest superstars. This concert celebrated the fall of the Berlin Wall. Since that time, this square became the site of major corporate development, and houses Europe's fastest elevator. Views from atop the square's high rise complexes afford spectacular panoramas of the city.

Approximate distance to the hotel is 9.5 kilometers.
Taxis are available outside the terminal. An airport bus is available that connects to the underground system. The hotel is located 200 meters from the Bukowstrasse Underground Station. Berlin's integrated public transport system (the BVG) is the best way to get about. One ticket allows travel on all trains, trams, buses and ferries.
