Location. Radisson SAS Hotel Marseille is located in central Marseilles, France, 50 metres from the Old Port and 400 metres from the splendid Baroque Town Hall.
Hotel Features. Opened in 2007, this six storey hotel consists of two buildings with contemporary architecture, one of which faces Marseille's Old Port. Multilingual staff at the 24 hour front desk can offer currency exchange, concierge services and the use of a safe deposit box. The public areas have high speed Internet access and parking is available nearby for a surcharge.
Restaurant Solaris serves dishes inspired by the cuisines of Spain, Italy, Morocco and Greece in a contemporary setting with modern art. Caf� Terracotta offers a Mediterranean buffet with specialities from Provencal, Sicily and the Peloponnese. Bar Lounge Scirocco offers mezze and tapas.
Business services and meeting facilities are available.
The hotel has an outdoor heated swimming pool with a sun terrace plus a fitness centre.
Guestrooms. The 189 guestrooms are decorated in either Provencal style with orange and yellow tones or African style with blue and chocolate tones. All have contemporary furnishings and are equipped with satellite television, climate control and complimentary high speed wireless Internet access.
Expert Tip. Marseille is the home of the Bouillabaisse, the delicious Provencal soup made with a variety of fish and shellfish and a rich, intense stock.

From Marseille Provence Airport(MRS):
Distance to Radisson SAS Hotel Marseille is 25 kilometres, approximately 25 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Taxis to central Marseille typically cost 40 EUR 50 EUR and are available from the airport. A shuttle bus runs from the airport to Marseille Saint Charles railway station every 20 minutes. The fare for a single ticket is approximately 8.50 EUR and the journey takes about 25 minutes. An hourly shuttle bus runs between the airport and Aix en Provence. The journey time is about 30 minutes and single tickets cost 7.90 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Two underground metro lines run from Marseille, stopping at Vieux Port, Saint Charles Station, and Place Castellane. Over 80 bus lines run throughout the city. Tourist taxis are available, offering city tours with English commentary. Ferry boats depart from the Vieux Port. A car is useful for exploring the Provence region.
