Located in a mountain setting, this lodge is one block from the Bow River hiking trail, two blocks from Banff Avenue shops, and one mile from Banff Springs Golf Course. After a day of skiing, hiking, fishing, or wildlife viewing, guests can unwind in the lodge's spa tub, indoor saltwater pool, and eucalyptus steam room. All 211 guestrooms in the three story lodge have balconies or patios with mountain or Banff views. The 400 square foot rooms have dial up Internet access and coffeemakers.
Renovation Notice:
The hotel's pool, spa tub and steam room are currently closed for renovations and are expected to reopen on December 15, 2007. This date is subject to change. During the renovation period, the hotel is offering complimentary passes and cab fare to the Banff Centre Sally Borden fitness center.
